Shanti Celeste to Release New 12” on 29th April

Shanti Celeste on Cone Magazine

Bristol’s Shanti Celeste has been steadily making waves for the past year or so with a string of unanimously well-received releases, most recently the lush synth-laden ‘Universal Glow’ on Julio Bashmore’s Broadwalk Records.

Hats off to Shanti Celeste, she’s a busy lady, but somewhere between running her own night and label, holding down a regular slot on NTS and working at Idle Hands, she’s put together a new 12” which will be released on her own imprint Brstl on the 29th April.

BRSTL009 will include tracks ‘Moods’ and ‘Lumi’, and continues in the same warm, melodic vein as her previous work.

Brstl has previously released material from Rhythmic Theory, Jay L, Outboxx and others.

Shanti is mos def one to look out for this year – she’s already confirmed to play Love Saves the Day, Field Day, Freerotation and FARR Festival.

Below, check out the killer RA podcast she recorded a few moths ago.
