Love Saves The Day has announced three new artists to the join the roster for this year’s event at Bristol’s Eastville Park. Break, Jazzie B (Soul II Soul) and Blonde will be joining likes of Leon Vynehall, Roni Size, Wiley, Four Tet and Floating Points during the bank holiday weekend of the 23rd & 24th May.
After the day has been saved and the festival gates close, the doors will open on six after parties at venues across the city for Loves Saves The Night.
On Saturday night Motion will play host to Gorgon City and Shadow Child. Tickets are on final release at time of publication.
Wide Eye will be hosting a triple venue after party with Julio Bashmore, Velour, Shanti Celeste and others at Lakota; Danny Bryd and Doc Scott fronting the Drum ‘n’ Bass takeover at Blue Mountain; and B Traits, Waifs & Strays and Artwork plus others performing at the Coroners Court.
If people fancy something more low-key Shambarber’s Sessions will be taking place at the Big Chill, with special guests to be confirmed.
On Sunday, partygoers can head to the Marble Factory after dark to see Four Tet and Floating points play a very special back-to-back set.
Meanwhile next door at Motion sound-clash legend David Rodigan will be headline the night with support from Dismantle and Gotsome.
