The Shapes crew celebrate their 4th birthday by joining forces with In:Motion and Hypercolour, and bringing some of the label’s premier artists to the Marble Factory on the 14th November. Axel Boman, co-founder of the superb Studio Barnhus, has released on both Hypercolour and its offshoot label Glass Table, and is widely regarded as one of the most talented acts on the circuit. Likewise, Luke Vibert is a genuine mainstay of the UK acid-house scene, breaking free from his Cornish origins to thrill dancefloors whilst always retaining a semblance of humour and wit in his productions and demeanour. Look out for Kerrier District material, the fourth EP of which appeared on Hypercolour. Finally, a special guest appearance from Ben Westbeech AKA Breach, as he joins label-head Cedric Maison and Shapes flagship residents ELA 303 & Thomas Kenyon, to round off a lineup certain to welcome Shapes into their fifth year in style.
