Bristol based Just Jack have teamed up with Frankfurt’s Live At Robert Johnson label to host a one of a kind event at Spike Island in Bristol.
Just Jack recently celebrated their 9th birthday with a star studded lineup including Mr. Ties, Derrick May & Mr. G, filling the dance floor of one of the UK’s most revered venues, Motion.
They’re back again, with full artillery, collaborating with Live At Robert Johnson. Referred to by some of the most respected DJs in the world as one of the finest nightclubs to play in, Robert Johnson built a strong following, going on to launch a record label off the back of this called Live At Robert Johnson.
Returning to Bristol, Roman Flugel takes to the stage with his array of mind bending Techno wizardry, supported by New Yorks forward thinking party planners Mr. Saturday Night. If that wasn’t enough excitement to blow your top off, Live At the Robert Johnson’s very own resident DJ Oliver Hafenbaur.
The venue, Spike Island, is an art gallery by day, hosting exhibitions from world renowned artists. Until now though, the venue has never been used for this type of event. The promoters intend to turn the industrial setting of its warehouse into a unfamiliar and unique environment for this one of a kind show.
