Yesterday Frank Ocean released a cover of ‘At Your Best (You Are Love)’ on his Tumblr. The track, originally released in 1976, and was famously covered by Aaliyah in 1994. With Aaliyah’s 36th birthday also falling on the day of this recent heart rendering version, we see it as an obvious tribute.
Since Oceans hugely successful release ‘Channel Orange’ back in 2012, he has released a song near the end of 2014 called Mesmerise, a slow moving lo-fi groove. And most recently he rumoured a future collaboration with Lil B.
