Riverside festival @ Glasgow Riverside Museum

In two weeks time, the largest underground electronic music festival in Scotland launches at the awe-inspiring Glaswegian Riverside Museum.

Riverside Festival organiser’s Electric Frog join the infamous local club night Pressure, which has been hosting events at The Arches for over a decade. Now, to initiate the 2015 summer festivities, the pair return with a jaw dropping roster of some of the finest DJs from the underground world of electronic music.

Headlining the festival is German collaborative trio Siriusmodeselektor, with their unique groove selection and innovative take on progressive house. Further German acts to play will include Berghain resident Len Faki, the highly in-demand hype creator Robert Hood: Floorplan, and Cocoon owner Sven Vath, who will also have their very own stage at the festival.

Further heavy-wight artists to join the bill include Ricardo Villalobos, whom Crack Magazine recently ran an interesting feature on, Detroit techno producer Carl Craig, and the girl-next-door sweetheart Nina Kraviz who will be showcasing her keen ear for high grade floor-filler’s.

And then doing it for the UK, we have Pariah & Blawan aka Karenn, who are probably one of the most compelling electronic artists of this current age. They will be joined by Hessle Audio’s: Ben UFO, London’s Joy Orbison, Bristolian badman Julio Bashmore, and a b2b set from Midland & Optimo.
